• Refund Conditions: If the flight is canceled and you choose not to travel to Halong Bay by car, only the flight ticket cost will be refunded, not the cruise. 
• Connecting Flights: Travelers with onward flights from Noi Bai Airport should consider the possibility of delays and plan accordingly.
